Services
Lynx Assurance provides security and compliance assurance services for growth-stage technology companies. All services are provided subject to separate service agreements that define scope, timelines, deliverables, and terms specific to each engagement.
Confidentiality
All client information, code, and data shared with Lynx Assurance is treated as confidential and is protected under strict NDAs. We maintain secure development environments and follow industry best practices for data protection.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables, reports, and work products created by Lynx Assurance remain the property of the client. Lynx Assurance retains rights to methodologies, processes, and general knowledge gained through engagements.
Limitation of Liability
Lynx Assurance provides assurance services based on information provided by clients and industry best practices. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, we cannot guarantee that all risks will be identified or that all recommendations will prevent security incidents.
Accountability
Every engagement includes named senior accountability and clear sign-off processes. All work is performed by experienced practitioners operating under strict security controls.
